U.S. Project Manager and Offshore Project Manager

Project manager will oversee the entire execution of a project. You will be responsible for understanding the design requirement, preparing proposals for project analysis, creating prototypes and specifying functionality of the project to the team members, conducting performance evaluation, and ensuring delivery time.

Applicants must have:

• 3-5 years of programming and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of project execution experience as project head in multi-disciplinary projects
• MS in engineering or computer science

• should be located in China
• must be fluent in written and spoken English

Programmer (worldwide)

Experienced programmers in one or more of the following areas:

• Programming Languages: Java, C++/C, Perl
• Databases/Data Modeling: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, IDMS, IMS, Sybase, ERWin, Designer/2000
• ERP and SCM: PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS, SAP Financials/BW/HR/Basis, Oracle Financials, JD Edwards, Lawson, Adexa, MatrixOne, Manugistics
• Internet: Javascript, HTML, XML, XSL, WebLogic, Tibco, Flash, PHP

• 3-5 years of programming experience in one of the areas described in position description
• Fluency in English if applying outside of the US

Marketing/Sales Representative:

• Marketing Representative will expand the Qualsolutions client base in the United States.
• Applicants must have 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience for financial IT products/services.
